Frequently asked questions
Questions about becoming a partner
Answers to the questions we hear most often. Can't find yours? Send us your application and ask it in the message field.
Can I become a partner of Barrelsauna's & Tubs?
Yes. Barrelsauna's & Tubs is looking for enterprising partners who want to present, advise on and sell barrelsaunas, hottubs and ice tubs locally from suitable premises.
Do I need a large sales stock straight away?
No. The concept is set up so that you do not have to hold a large sales stock. The showroom is mainly about demonstration models, personal advice and local sales.
Do I get demonstration models for my showroom?
Yes. We make three demonstration models available. You do not have to pay for them in full immediately, and they remain the property of Barrelsauna's & Tubs until it is decided otherwise in accordance with the agreements made.
Is the concept suitable for starting entrepreneurs?
Yes. It can suit both established businesses and people who want to start a new business in outdoor wellness. Suitable shop or showroom space is important. Costs for your premises, fit-out, marketing and staff remain your own responsibility.
Can I receive enquiries from my own region?
Partners who take part in the lead programme can, depending on the agreements made, follow up enquiries from their own region. Taking part is not an automatic right.
Which products can I sell?
The cooperation initially focuses on barrelsaunas, hottubs and ice tubs. Depending on the cooperation and your location, additional product groups can be discussed later.
May I also sell comparable products from other suppliers?
Partners who take part in the lead programme sell only our products within the agreed product groups and do not offer comparable products from competing suppliers within those categories. The exact agreements are recorded in writing in advance.
How are products delivered?
A sold product is delivered from our own distribution according to the agreements made.
What does the partner back office offer?
Your own leads from your postcode area, a quotation configurator, online customer approval, delivery planning and an overview of your partner share and weekly settlement. You only see your own data.
How do I log in to the back office?
Use the partner login page. You sign in with your password and a second verification step. If you forget your password you can reset it yourself.
How do I apply?
Use the application form and tell us about your business, region, showroom space, experience and plans. We will then get in touch to get to know each other.
